First Amendment - Freedom of Speech
How well does the state government openly invite debate and discourse on topics of concern to citizens?
How extensively do the major media outlets _________________ (Salt Lake Tribune, Deseret News, KSL, etc) publish opposing views on topics of concern to citizens?
Is it ever okay to suppress or silence a different opinion, viewpoint, or source of information?
