Lest you might think that these five counties were cherry picked for a horizontal trendline, here is the 2020 data for all counties.
And if you think that is normal, then why does 2016 show an angled trendline?

For each county, notice in its third slide how Biden in 2020 got multiples of comparative Clinton votes, even when accounting for population growth. The third slide state multiples of Obama votes, which are probably meant to read Clinton votes. The fourth slide in each county set addresses this error.

Seth Keshel's Utah 2020 Election Heat Map and Stats
A county is flagged as GREEN, YELLOW, or RED depending on how well it aligned with longer-term election trends.
Columns labeled 2008R, 2012R, 2012R, 2016R, and 2020R are numbers of registered Republican voters in those years in the thousands, rounded to the nearest thousand.
Likewise 2008D ... 2020D are numbers of registered Democrat voters.
Population growth is over the decade ending 2020.
New RVs is new registered voters.
